1. Gear reducers and worm reducers - Transmission comparison 

Gear reducers: usually composed of multiple gears, using the meshing of gears to change the speed, torque and load-bearing capacity of the prime mover. Single-stage cylindrical gear reducers are suitable for a reduction ratio of 35, while conical and cylindrical gear reducers are suitable for a reduction ratio of 815.

Worm reducers: compact structure, large transmission ratio, but low transmission efficiency, suitable for low-power and intermittent working occasions. The reduction ratio range of worm reducers is large, usually 10~80.

2. Planetary gear reducers and three-ring reducers - Transmission comparison 

Planetary gear reducers: have the characteristics of high rigidity, high precision (single stage can be within 1 point), high transmission efficiency (single stage at 97%~98%), etc. The minimum single-stage reduction is 3, and the maximum is generally not more than 10. The common reduction ratios are 3/4/5/6/8/10.

Three-ring reducer: It has a unique three-ring planetary gear train structure, consisting of three planetary wheels, each of which is connected to the housing through a bearing to form a stable support system. The three-ring reducer demonstrates excellent performance in heavy machinery and automated production lines.
